Dispatch and Transit Time
The delivery time to reach you is made up of dispatch time plus transit time:
Dispatch Time: The time it takes for your order to leave VendorZA (1-2 working days).
Transit Time: The time it takes for the courier to deliver the package once it has been handed over to them. Transit times vary depending on where you live:
Gauteng: 1-2 working days
Durban (DBN): 2-3 working days
Cape Town (CTN): 3-5 working days
All Other Major Areas: 2-3 working days
Delivery & Acceptance
Please ensure that either you or an authorized representative is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery. The courier will require a signature on a duplicate copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will return the items. The courier company will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. If no one is available for redelivery, we may charge an additional delivery fee to complete the delivery.
Once the delivery note is signed, it confirms that the item has been received in good condition, free from any physical damage.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, inspect the package before signing the delivery note. If you find any damage to the packaging, do not accept the delivery.
If you accept the delivery and later find the item to be damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and redelivery at no additional charge.
